A TV runs the same HAPP app as a phone, with an interface adapted to a remote.
The one real difference from a phone: a TV cannot open the subscription link in a single tap. So you copy the link on a phone or computer and carry it over to the TV through the clipboard.
If the TV has no Google Play, the app installs from an APK file, described below.

Choose how to install HAPP: the store, a file or the developer site. Once you are sure the app is installed, move on to adding the subscription.

After importing the profile, pick the nearest location, check the ping, and only then turn the VPN on. If the app still shows the old server list, refresh the subscription by hand.
