How to renew the subscription

Renewing is no different from paying the first time: press "Renew" in the subscription block in your account, or open the payment page and pay for the term you want. Paid days are added to the current end date, so you can renew early without losing what is left.

How it works

• If the subscription is active, the new term counts from its end date rather than from the day you paid.
• If the term has already passed, it counts from the moment of payment.
• If a trial is running, paying turns it into a paid subscription and the remaining trial days are added to the paid term.
• The subscription link does not change on renewal, so there is nothing to import into the app again.

Nothing is charged automatically

We do not store payment details and we do not take money automatically. The subscription simply ends on its date until you renew it yourself. The bot reminds you before the term runs out, so it is worth leaving notifications from @obfsnbot on.

What happens after the term ends

The subscription link still exists, but working servers are no longer served through it: the app receives a limited service profile and a message saying access has ended. That is not a broken client; everything comes back once you pay.

The VPN will not connect after paying

1. Check that the payment page marks the payment as successful and that the subscription block in your account shows a new end date.
2. Refresh the profile or subscription in the app (clients have a separate refresh button). Until the profile is refreshed it still holds the old data.
3. Turn the VPN off and on again so the app reconnects to the server.
4. If one location is unstable, look at the load and latency on the server status page and switch to another.

Devices on renewal

The number of paid devices is chosen on the same payment page. If you set fewer devices on renewal than you have paid for now, the number of slots does not shrink: the largest number you have paid for stays. You can unlink extra devices and free slots on the devices page.
